Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by Nobilra.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped by contacting us at nobilrashop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If the order has already been shipped, the request will be handled under our return procedure.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. To request a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return instructions and the correct return destination will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, assembled, damaged by misuse, incomplete, altered, or customer-damaged items may not be eligible for return. Gift cards, downloadable products, and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.

Exchanges

If an exchange is available, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. Any applicable deductions will be communicated before the refund is processed.
