Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery: United States and European Union orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided when available after your order has been processed.

Customs and duties: Orders are dispatched from China and may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the customer. They are usually collected by the carrier before delivery.

Please note that the United States removed its duty-free threshold for low-value imports on 29 August 2025, so US orders are subject to customs duty regardless of order value. For European Union orders, import VAT applies and a flat customs duty on low-value consignments is paid by us, not by you.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because these charges were not paid, any shipping and return costs we incur may be deducted from your refund. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
