Most model kits give you one object. This one gives you a place. The house sits on timber piles above the waterline with a wraparound balcony and railings, a stepped roof and shuttered windows. Next to it stands a tower with a glazed lantern room at the top. Down at deck level there is a planked dock, a ship's wheel, an anchor, a small crane and a rowing boat resting on the base.

Will I be charged customs or duty?
European Union: import VAT applies. On orders under EUR 150 we pay the flat customs duty for you.
United States: since 29 August 2025 there is no duty-free allowance, so duty applies to every order and is collected by the carrier.
United Kingdom: no customs duty under GBP 135, but VAT applies.

Do I need glue, paint or tools?
No. Every part is laser-cut to friction-fit, so the kit goes together by hand with no glue, no chemicals and no tools.
How big is it once built?
