How long will it take to arrive?
We prepare your order in 1-3 business days and delivery takes 7-15 business days. Your kit ships directly from our maker in China, which is how we keep shipping free on every order. You will receive tracking where available.
Will I be charged customs or duty?
European Union: import VAT applies. On orders under EUR 150 we pay the flat customs duty for you.
United States: since 29 August 2025 there is no duty-free allowance, so duty applies to every order and is collected by the carrier.
United Kingdom: no customs duty under GBP 135, but VAT applies.
We would rather you know this before you buy than be surprised at the door.
Do I need glue, paint or tools?
No. Every part is laser-cut to friction-fit, so the kit goes together by hand with no glue, no chemicals and no tools.
Is this a hard build?
It is the most demanding kit we carry - 247 pieces across four sheets, rated advanced. Expect a few evenings rather than an afternoon. The wheel assemblies and boiler cladding are the fiddly parts; the track base goes together quickly.
Does it roll or run on the track?
No - this is a static display model. It comes with its own section of track as a base, but there is no motor and no batteries.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
Email us at nobilrashop@gmail.com and we will sort it out. Returns are accepted within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging - please contact us first so we can approve the return.
